  • Mince the onions. Wash and clean the seabasses and oil them with olive oil. Then, place the minced onions, bay leaves and lemon wedges into the seabasses.
  • Afterward, salt the seabasses and score their skin.
  • Cook them for 8 minutes on the grill grate of Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker that was pre-heated at the 3rd setting and at “Lower-upper function”, until they are fried.
