- 500 g salmon
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 bay leaves
- 5- 6 black pepper flakes
- 3- 4 fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 cloves asparagus
- ½ lemon
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 dessert spoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Put 1 liter of water into the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and add bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, fresh thyme and garlic.
- After placing the steamer wire, place the salmon on the wire (it should not come into contact with the water).
- Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Steam Mode” and close the lid.
- Set for 15 minutes and leave to cook, then release the pressure, open the lid and set the fish aside.
- In the same pot, cook the asparagus and broccoli in the same way. 4 minutes for asparagus and 6 minutes for broccoli.
Sauce:
- Put the mustard in a bowl, gradually add the olive oil to the mustard while stirring with the help of a whisk and make sure that it becomes homogenized.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can anoya your sauce with vegetables and fish.
