- 400 g flour
- 240 ml milk
- 60 ml liquid oil
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until it is kneadable.
- Pour some oil on the work bench, knead the dough until it has an elastic consistency and put it back into the mixing bowl that you have lightly greased, cover it and set it aside to ferment for 1 hour.
- Put the fermented dough on the work bench and crush it by hand to remove the air from it.
- Lightly grease the cooking chamber of the Arzum Tasty Rice Cooker , and cut the deflated dough into 50 g pieces with a knife or dough cutter.
- Roll the reserved pieces by hand into small balls and place them in the baking dish in a flower shape. Then close the lid and ferment again for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, switch the appliance to the “Bake Function” and close the lid.
- Set the time to 40 minutes and press the start button to start cooking.
- At the end of the cooking time, open the lid, remove the baking chamber from Arzum Tasty Rice Cooker and use a large plate or tray to turn the chamber upside down and remove the bread.
- Turn the bread over so that the top side of the bread is under the baking pan, place it back into the baking pan, set the time to 30 minutes and bake again.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove the bread from the baking pan, cool and serve.
