  • 2 kg of beef slices (Meat slices of 2 cm thickness)
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • For its spice, mix salt, rosemary, garlic and black pepper.
