  • 500 g salmon
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 5- 6 black pepper flakes
  • 3- 4 fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 cloves asparagus
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 dessert spoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Put 1 liter of water into the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and add bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, fresh thyme and garlic.
  • After placing the steamer wire, place the salmon on the wire (it should not come into contact with the water).
  • Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Steam Mode” and close the lid.
  • Set for 15 minutes and leave to cook, then release the pressure, open the lid and set the fish aside.
  • In the same pot, cook the asparagus and broccoli in the same way. 4 minutes for asparagus and 6 minutes for broccoli.
  Sauce:  
  • Put the mustard in a bowl, gradually add the olive oil to the mustard while stirring with the help of a whisk and make sure that it becomes homogenized.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can anoya your sauce with vegetables and fish.
