For the pizza dough;  
  • 250 g flour
  • 185 ml water
  • ¼ package of dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Half a dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  For the sauce;  
  • 5 glasses of grated tomato
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  Extra ingredients used in the recipe;  
  • 100 g chopped sausage
  • 100 g of sliced black olives
  • 200 g canned corn
  • 400 g grated kashar cheese
  • 8 pieces of sliced mushroom
 
  • Add sugar and yeast into a bowl with lukewarm water and mix. Leave the mixture to rest.
  • Meanwhile, mix the flour and salt in a stand mixer or in a large bowl; add the olive oil on top and add the yeast to the mix slowly and keep mixing. If needed, add an extra tablespoon of flour and knead until the dough does not stick to your hands.
  • Place the dough into a large bowl that you previously oiled with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cover it. Rest the dough until it doubles in size.
  • Blend all of the sauce ingredients in a blender and put them into a pan. Cook it at low heat for 10 minutes until it starts boiling and absorbs the water.
  • Split the dough into 4.
  • After rolling out the split doughs and making round shapes; add the sauce on top abundantly and any other ingredient you’d like, and then cook it with the lid on in the Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker that was pre-heated at the 3rd setting, at the “Lower-upper function”, on the grate accessory until its top fries.
  • Serve with fresh arugula.
