- 200 g bush beans
- 400 g tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons liquid oil
- ½ dessert spoons pepper paste
- 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
- ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- Wash the beans and remove the bones with a peeler or knife, you can cut the beans in half or use them whole.
- Peel the onions and garlic and chop them with a chopper or knife.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes the size of hazelnuts.
- Set the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Sauté Mode”, press the start button and wait for it to heat up by adding the oil first.
- Add the onions and garlic to the heated oil and fry until they turn pink, then add the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and sugar and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until the tomato paste is roasted.
- Finally, add the beans and stir a few times.
- After adding the water, switch the appliance to “Stew Mode”.
- Close the lid and press the start button.
- At the end of the time, release the steam in the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
