  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato (grated)

  • 12- 14 mushroom (head parts only)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ dessert spoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ packet chives
  • After dusting the diced chicken with flour all over, remove the excess flour with the help of a strainer (make sure that the excess flour is completely gone).
  • Add olive oil to your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, which you have prepared for cooking at 170 degrees on the “Sauté Mode”.
  • After heating, throw the chicken and half cook it so that the outer parts are crusted and put it on a separate plate.
  • Add the mushrooms and saute for 1-2 minutes, then put them in the same bowl with the chicken.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic into the bowl and continue sautéing.
  • Add the bay leaf.
  • Then add the mushrooms and chicken and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Finally, add the peppers, grated tomatoes, seasoning and salt.
  • Continue sautéing for 10-12 minutes, stirring a few times.
  • Turn off your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, add the butter and chives and stir.
