- 1 water glasses baldo rice
- 1,5 water glasses chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1,5 dessert spoons salt
- Soak your rice in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and wash it 2 times.
- Put it in a strainer to drain the water.
- After making sure that the water is fully drained, set the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to 170 degrees on the “Sauté Mode” and add the butter.
- After the butter melts, add the rice and fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the previously boiling chicken broth, set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Rice Mode” for 10 minutes, close the glass lid and let it cook.
- When your pilaf is ready, your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker will notify you with an audible alert system.
