  • 700 g veal (cube)
  • 2 tomatoes (cube)
  • 2 potatoes (cube)
  • 2 carrots (cube)
  • 2 aubergine (cube)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (large size)
  • 4- 5 cardamoms
  • 1 water glass chickpea
  • 6 scales water
  • 1 tablespoon green chili pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons liquid oil
  • ½ teaspoons coriander seed
  • ½ teaspoons turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoons grained white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Heat oil over high heat in the “DIY Function”.
  • Add cinnamon, coriander, cumin, cardamom, ginger and white pepper into the oil and fry for 1 minute to pass the flavors into the oil.
  • Add onions, carrots, green chili peppers, garlic and meat and saute until the meat releases all the juice.
  • Then add turmeric, salt and tomato paste and mix.
  • Once the tomato paste is completely melted, add the tomatoes and water, switch Arzum Tasty Rice Cooker to “Stew Function”, close the lid and press start.
  • After 60 minutes, open the lid and add the aubergines, potatoes and chickpeas.
  • Continue cooking for another 30 minutes and then serve.
