- 600 g beef ribs
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1-2 twigs rosemary
- 4-5 twigs fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 dessert spoon cumin
- 1 dessert spoon black pepper
- 2 dessert spoons salt
- 1 water glasses bone broth
- 1 tea glass olive oil
- Mix the grated garlic, onion, olive oil, fresh and dry spices with the beef ribs cut into 4-6 cm pieces and marinate in the fridge for 1 night.
- Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Sauté Mode” and roast the celery stalks and carrot with butter at 170 degrees.
- After adding your meat and 1 glass of bone broth, turn on “Slow Cooker/Tandoor Mode” and let it cook for 4 hours.
- After the cooking process is finished, you can release the pressure and open the lid.
