- Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Sauté Mode” and add olive oil and meat at 170 degrees.

- Finely chop the onion and garlic and roast them.

- Continue roasting and add the meat.
- Add the pepper and finish roasting.
