  • 200 g veal (cubed)
  • 400 g dry beans
  • 600 ml bone broth
  • 1 dry onion
  • 1 capia pepper
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ desser spoons salt
  • ½ dessert spoons tomato paste
  • 1 dessert spoon pepper paste
  • 1 dessert spoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ tea glass olive oil
  • Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Sauté Mode” and add olive oil and meat at 170 degrees.
  • When the meat is cooked on the outside, remove it to a separate plate.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic and roast them.
  • Once the onion and garlic are well fried, add the tomato and pepper paste.
  • Continue roasting and add the meat.
  • Add the pepper and finish roasting.
  • After washing your beans, add them into the bowl and add the bone broth, salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Set to Bean mode, cover and leave to cook.
  • After the cooking process is over, you can release the pressure and open the lid.
  • Optionally, you can sauté the dried mint lightly with butter in a separate pan and add it to your meal.
