  • 30 g powdered matcha
  • 45 g flour
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 340 g cream cheese
  • 90 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4- 5 drops vanilla extract
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the help of a hand blender until smooth.
  • Then add half of the granulated sugar, salt, egg yolks, vanilla extract, flour and cream one at a time and whisk.
  • Whisk the separated egg whites in a bowl with a hand blender until they form soft peaks.
  • Add the remaining granulated sugar to the whipped egg whites and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix the two mixtures with a spatula, moving in the same direction.
  • Separate 1/4 of the mixture into a bowl, add the macha powder and mix well.
  • Lightly but evenly grease the cooking chamber of the appliance.
  • Pour the mixture you prepared into the bowl, add the mixture with the matcha over the surface.
  • With a skewer or knife, draw zigzags on the mixture until it looks like marble.
  • Before putting the cooking bowl into the appliance, tap it on the worktop a few times to remove any air bubbles remaining in the mixture.
  • Set Arzum Tasty Rice Cooker to “Cake Mode” and set it to 40 minutes.
  • At the end of the cooking time, remove the cooking chamber from the applianceand let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Add half a teaspoon of matcha powder to the powdered sugar, mix and serve by sprinkling it lightly over the cheesecake with the help of a small strainer.
