- 3 bananas
- ½ waterglasses brown sugar
- ½ waterglasses chocolate drops
- ¾ water glasses milk
- 3 water glasses flour
- 6 tablespoons butter (soft)
- 1,5 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons powdered cinnamon
- Mix 2 tablespoons softened butter, milk, and dry yeast in a small bowl, cover it and leave for 15 minutes.
- Then add salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and mix.
- Add 2 mashed bananas and flour and knead the mixture into a dough by hand.
- Put the dough in a bowl that you have greased very lightly to prevent sticking and cover it completely with cling film.
- Let the dough stand at room temperature for about 1 hour until it has doubled in volume.
- At the end of 1 hour, degas the dough by kneading it a little by hand and then roll it out, either by hand or with a rolling pin, and shape it into a rectangle, being careful not to make it too thin.
- Arrange the remaining butter, cinnamon powder, brown sugar mixture,
- Chocolate chips and finally the thin slices of banana on top of the rectangle.
- Starting from the short side of the dough, wrap the dough in a roll so that the filling stays inside and cut the rolled dough into 6 equal pieces
- Place the greaseproof paper that you have cut appropriately on the bottom of the baking bowl, place the dough with the sections facing upwards, cover it airtight again with the help of cling film and ferment for a second time for 30 minutes.
- At the end of the time, remove the cling film, place the bowl in Arzum Tasty Rice Cooker , set the “Bake Function”, close the lid and press start.
- When the cooking time is over, let it rest in the bowl for 10 minutes, then turn the bowl upside down with the help of a large plate and serve the product.
