- 500 g minced meat
- 120 g broken rice
- 120 g cube tomato
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 10 bell pepper
- ½ dessert spoons pepper paste
- ½ dessert spoons tomato paste
- 1 dessert spoon pomegranate syrup
- ½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspooon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mint
- 1 glasses water
- Cut the tops off the peppers, wash and set aside.
- Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop them with a chopper or knife.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes the size of hazelnuts.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl by hand until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Then fill the prepared filling into the peppers without squeezing them too much.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the inner chamber of the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and optionally place the tomatoes or the caps of the peppers you have cut
- on the peppers.
- Pour a glass of water into the reservoir and close the lid.
- Set the time to 10 minutes in “Stew Mode” and press the start button.
- At the end of the cooking time, release the steam in the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve the dolmas.
