  • 500 g minced meat
  • 120 g broken rice
  • 120 g cube tomato
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 10 bell pepper
  • ½ dessert spoons pepper paste
  • ½ dessert spoons tomato paste
  • 1 dessert spoon pomegranate syrup
  • ½ teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspooon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint
  • 1 glasses water
  • Cut the tops off the peppers, wash and set aside.
  • Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop them with a chopper or knife.
  • Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes the size of hazelnuts.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl by hand until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then fill the prepared filling into the peppers without squeezing them too much.
  • Place the stuffed peppers in the inner chamber of the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and optionally place the tomatoes or the caps of the peppers you have cut
  • on the peppers.
  • Pour a glass of water into the reservoir and close the lid.
  • Set the time to 10 minutes in “Stew Mode” and press the start button.
  • At the end of the cooking time, release the steam in the Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve the dolmas.
