  • 600 g beef ribs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 celery stalk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 twigs rosemary
  • 4-5 twigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 dessert spoon cumin
  • 1 dessert spoon black pepper
  • 2 dessert spoons salt
  • 1 water glasses bone broth
  • 1 tea glass olive oil
  • Mix the grated garlic, onion, olive oil, fresh and dry spices with the beef ribs cut into 4-6 cm pieces and marinate in the fridge for 1 night.
  • Set your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker to “Sauté Mode” and roast the celery stalks and carrot with butter at 170 degrees.
  • After adding your meat and 1 glass of bone broth, turn on “Slow Cooker/Tandoor Mode” and let it cook for 4 hours.
  • After the cooking process is finished, you can release the pressure and open the lid.
