- 1 onion
- 1 tomato (grated)
- 1 green chili peppers
- 1 bay leaves
- 2 capia peppers
- 3 chicken breast
- 12- 14 mushroom (head parts only)
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ dessert spoon black pepper
- 1 dessert spoon dry thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ packet chives
- After dusting the diced chicken with flour all over, remove the excess flour with the help of a strainer (make sure that the excess flour is completely gone).
- Add olive oil to your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, which you have prepared for cooking at 170 degrees on the “Sauté Mode”.
- After heating, throw the chicken and half cook it so that the outer parts are crusted and put it on a separate plate.
- Add the mushrooms and saute for 1-2 minutes, then put them in the same bowl with the chicken.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic into the bowl and continue sautéing.
- Add the bay leaf.
- Then add the mushrooms and chicken and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Finally, add the peppers, grated tomatoes, seasoning and salt.
- Continue sautéing for 10-12 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Turn off your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, add the butter and chives and stir.
