  • 1000 ml milk (pasteurized)
  • 25 g yogurt yeast
  • Mix the milk and yogurt yeast in a bowl with a whisk.
  • Add the mixture to your Arzum Chefim Multi Functional Pressure Cooker, set it to “Yogurt Mode”.
  • Close the lid and let it run, after 8 hours open the lid and your yogurt is ready.
