  • 4 sheets of thin dough
  • 2 glasses of yogurt
  • Half a glass of oil 1 bottle of mineral water
  For the stuffing:  
  • 1 kg leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
    For the topping;  
  • 1 egg and
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Black sesame
  • Mix the yogurt, mineral water and oil in a bowl.
  • Chop up the leeks and grate the carrots.
  • Cook the mixture on a stove until the leeks get softer.
  • Take the cooked mixture from the stove and leave for cooling. Finally, add the yogurt and set it aside.
  • Heat the Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker.
  • Spread the thin sheet of dough on the cookers tray, split 1 sheet of dough into 3 or 4 pieces and place them onto the tray, spread yogurt sauce between the pieces.
  • Spread the vegetable mixture and place the remaining doughs on top, and spread the remaining yogurt sauce.
  • Cover and close it like an envelope, with sheets of dough, spread the whipped eggs.
  • Lastly, sprinkle black sesame on the pastry and cook it in Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker (pre-heated on lower-upper function) for 30 minutes on between the 2nd and 3rd setting, until its top gets crunchy.
