  • 1 kg of chicken drumstick
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 paprika
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of ground garlic
  • 2 dessert spoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • Dice all of the ingredients into big pieces. Take them into a large bowl with the chicken.
  • Add oil, ground pepper, granulated pepper, salt, black pepper, thyme and garlic and mix until the Chicken are covered with the ingredients.
  • After taking the mixture into the cooker of the Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker, cook it for 40 minutes at 3rd setting on the” Lower-upper function” with the lid closed until the chicken is cooked.
  Note: If it is not going to be served right away, leave it to rest with “Keep Warm function”.
