  • 1 kg lamb meat cubes
  • 4 onions
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 10 green peppers
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 15 pieces of mushroom
  • 2 tea glasses of oil
  • 2 dessert spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Dice the ingredients into small cubes. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  • At the 3rd setting in Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker, saute the meat for 5 minutes with oil until it is cooked and it absorbs the water, then leave it aside.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the oil and fry them. After frying for 5 minutes and when the ingredients soften, add the meat and mix them.
  • Add the spices and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add hot water to reach around the side level of meats and cook them in the Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker at the 3rd setting on “Lower-upper function” with the lid on until the ingredients are cooked and absorb the water.
  Note: If it is not going to be served right away, leave it to rest with “Keep Warm function”.
