- 1 kg lamb meat cubes
- 4 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 10 green peppers
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 15 pieces of mushroom
- 2 tea glasses of oil
- 2 dessert spoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Dice the ingredients into small cubes. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- At the 3rd setting in Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker, saute the meat for 5 minutes with oil until it is cooked and it absorbs the water, then leave it aside.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the oil and fry them. After frying for 5 minutes and when the ingredients soften, add the meat and mix them.
- Add the spices and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add hot water to reach around the side level of meats and cook them in the Arzum Maxi Grill Multi-Functional Cooker at the 3rd setting on “Lower-upper function” with the lid on until the ingredients are cooked and absorb the water.
